Sententia Consulting expands into Victoria with new Melbourne office

Fast-growing Canberra-based professional services firm Sententia Consulting has expanded into Victoria with the launch of an office in Melbourne.

Sententia Consulting – which has been growing at a rapid clip since its 2020 founding – said that the launch of an office in Melbourne would enhance its capacity to support the Victorian government and other local agencies.

“Our ability to expand comes from four years of excellent delivery of consulting to governments and the corresponding increase in the demand for our unique and values-driven approach to problem solving that drives positive change,” the firm stated.

Services provided by Sententia Consulting include strategy, risk management, probity & integrity, financial management & accounting, and project management. “We look forward to working with government agencies in Victoria to bring our big thinkers to help to solve unique challenges.”

Leading the expansion into Melbourne is Tom Fazio, who has three decades worth of private and public sector risk advisory and assurance experience in areas such as risk management transformation, regulatory compliance, internal controls, IT and security audits, and business process design and organisational improvement.

Fazio joins Sententia Consulting from the partnership of BDO, where he led the firm’s local risk advisory service line and was a member of the East Coast board, before which he also spent time as a partner at Deloitte.
